For your convenience we have listed three driving tours that will allow you to see exactly what the Green Mountain State has to offer. While most spectacular during our fall foliage season, the countryside and history of the state are spectacular no matter what the season.
	THREE ONE-DAY TRIPS AROUND WOODSTOCK Interstate Highways 89 and 91 also provide views of some of Vermont's most spectacular scenery, including the mountains in the north and the Connecticut River Valley. The day trips detailed here meander along lesstraveled paths, providing a more intimate impression of our state and its people. Distances cited are approximate.
