There is still time for the two of you to getaway for one more relaxing weekend in Vermont! What better time than just before the holidays. This year Wassail Weekend is December 8th, 9th, and 10th? Enjoy a true New England Holiday Celebration. The 2007 will be just the thing to kick off this festive holiday season.
					Come on up and experience the small time feel of Woodstock's Wassail Weekend. Starting with It's annual Horse and Carriage Parade, with riders dressed in period garb. Then Topping last years Wassail production Will be hard to do, but knowing the Pentangle Group they'll find a way. The performance is sure to bring those attending, the magic and warmth of the holiday season. Performances are on Friday & Saturday at 7:30 PM at the Woodstock Historic Town Hall Theater
Since you're staying with us, you are in the village and you can stroll to and from all the festivities. Sip a hot beverage and/or have some hot chili on the green while the parade passes by. Linger a little longer and join the "towns folks" Caroling by the traditional Yule Log fire. Feel the warmth of the season, bathed by it's glow. Or wander about the village shops with their holiday finery on display. Finding that perfect gift for that special someone.
					Wander back for a cup of hot Canterbury House Cider, a couple of cookies, and conversation in the living room, warmed by the gas fire, before heading out for that special holiday dinner and the seasonal Pentangle Production. We would suggest Prince and the Pauper, it's right here in town, and one of our favorites, but there are many others to choose from. It is a little to early to see this years schedule but.. Top off the stay with one more of Sue's breakfasts, and enjoy the leisurely conversation with your fellow guests, before heading home.
