(Rates are subject to change without notice) If a single night is available when a multi-night minimum is in effect, please add $5.00 to the per-night rate for a one night stay. All of our rooms have their own private bath. Those with a tub are indicated as such in the room description. If not specifically noted, they have a stall shower. All rooms are air-conditioned in the summer. All room rates are subject to the Vermont 9% Rooms and Meals Tax. We do not add additional service charges to our room rates.
