Christmas Holiday Special Restrictions
As it is the Holiday we do have a couple of special restrictions that apply to your stay
	1.	Length of Stay	2 Night Minimum stay required
	2.	Payment	A 50% deposit is required.
	3.	Christmas Day Arrivals	Sorry we do not take arrivals on Christmas Day
	4.	Christmas Eve Arrivals	For those arriving on Christmas Eve, we require that you check-in between noon and 4:30 p.m. For those who are visiting family in the area, we do not allow a family member to check you in. (i.e. we will not give them a key, etc.) Later arrivals MAY be accommodated at our discretion, but there will be a $25 per half hour surcharge for arrivals after 4:30 p.m..
	5.	Cancellations/Penalty	$25 service charge per room for any cancellation. 30 days prior notice is required. Less than 30 days notice you will forfeit your deposit. For can-cellations within 48 hours of arrival you will be charged for your entire stay. No shows are responsible for the entire stay.
	6.	House Keeping	We do not have our housekeeper come in on Christmas Day.
	7..	Spirit	We require all of our guests to have a Happy Holiday and have lots of FUN !
