The Canterbury House Breakfast |
||
| Of course one of the main reasons you stay at a Bed and Breakfast is for that "Breakfast experience" ! While there are many seating styles
in the industry ours is communal to assure that the guests have an opportunity to fully interact with each other.
Here you meet with other guests, learn about other parts of the country, see what they have done or are planning
to do while they are in Woodstock. Of course, the innkeepers are always happy to help you plan your day. For the early birds, you'll find coffee and tea arrives around 7:30 a.m. Just the thing to get you started. There's nothing like an early cup of coffee and a walk, or for the more energetic an early morning run, around the village in the crisp Vermont morning air. |

We like to say that most of the time, our breakfasts are just a vehicle for Vermont's own, famous, Maple Syrup. Besides a breakfast meat and fresh seasonal fruit, one day it might be Pancakes with Sue's special Apple Topping, the next maybe Waffles, sometimes with ICE CREAM, or perhaps Sue's signature, French Toast. Sue tries never to duplicate a breakfast for a guest, which means you almost always have something different. But she'll admit that it becomes quite a challenge for her if you stay more than 8 days. (But don't let that discourage you...Sue loves a Challenge) Whatever breakfast is when you're here, make sure you bring your appetite !! |
