The Green Mountain Horse Association, Occupies 65 beautiful acres in South Woodstock. It is a non-profit organization with about 1,900 members. The organization celebrated its 82th anniversary in October 2008.
Founded in 1926; GMHA provides facilities for horse shows and activities, in addition to maintaining bridle trails. GMHA offers summertime opportunities for riders of all ability levels, adult clinics, and many other events.
