Vermont's Artisans Cheese's grown over the last decade into one of the states main attractions. Many of our guests ask about the industry and where they might go to watch the manufacturing process for themselves. Listed below are some of the better known farms. Clicking on the link will take you to the Vermont Cheese Councils web page for that particular farm. Or you can click on the Council's Web page at the bottom where you can get an inclusive list of all 44 of their members throughout the state.

Note that many farms don't continually make cheese, and request that you call before coming so that you can assure that they will be conducting the process when you are there.
