Foliage Cancellation Policy

 
 

Any reservation made for foliage is automatically subject to a $25 service charge per room reserved.

 
 

There is a 30 day cancellation period. Cancellations given with less than 30 days notice are responsible for 1 night or 1/2 of the reservations whichever is greater. For cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival you will be responsible for the full amount of your stay. This charge will be applied to the credit card used at the time you made the reservation.

  
 

If a deposit has been taken, and a reimbursement is given, it will be made made by coimpany check within 10 working days of cancellation, less the $25 service charge per room reserved.

 
 

All cancellations are confirmed via email or in writing if you have not given an email address. You should not consider you reservation cancelled unless you receive a cancellation notice, and you are responsible for the full amount of the reservation unless you have received a cancellation confirmation.
